Facts have emerged on how the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC illegally allocated three million votes to the embattled president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in over 14,000 Polling Units where BVAS didn’t function.

A document obtained from a source close to the legal team of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar by Nigerian Concord Newspaper this morning indicated that BVAS didn’t work in over 14,000 Polling Units in some parts of the country during the February 25 general elections.

The document further showed that the Independent National Electoral Commission immediately used the opportunity that BVAS weren’t working in the affected Polling Units to illegally allocate three million votes to the APC presidential candidate.

Recall that Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party is challenging the declaration of Bola Tinubu by the Independent National Electoral Commission as the winner of the February 25 presidential election.

According to the Electoral Acts 2022 as amended, all illegally allocated votes from all Polling Units where BVAS fail during any election shall be canceled and fresh one conducted.
