A Federal High Court sitting Abuja has dismissed suit filed by Kabiru Tanimu, Jerry Gana, Aldolphus Wabara and their co- travellers seeking to compel INEC to give recognition to a So Called Illegal Interim National Working Committee for lacking in merit.
This Judgement further reaffirmed the Authority and Legality of the Abdulrahman and Sen Anyawu Leadership of the PDP.
