The senator representing Benue NorthEast and chairman, Senate committee on Power, Dr. Gabriel Suswam PhD, today donated a brand new and fully fitted Ambulance worth N20m to the NKST Hospital Anyiin.
This was contained in a press statement by the senator’s media adviser, Elder Bede Bartholomew.
Doing the presentation, Legislative Assistant to the Senator on Politics and Community Relations, Hon. Manasseh Aam said the senator was donating the vehicle as part of his community development responsibilities.
The representative of the hospital Mr Kavela Maryam who received the keys to the vehicle, expressed happiness and appreciation.
He said the hospital and community shall ever remain grateful to Gabriel Suswam for his kind gesture, and also promised to use the vehicle carefully for the purpose it is meant for.
Performing the presentation was the Director of Administration and Board Secretary Mrs Iorfa Charity and some management staff of the Federal Medical Centre Makurdi.
