Omale urges APC members to shun unconfirmed NASS member candidates list

The chairman of the Benue State chapter of All Progressive Congress, Chief Dr. Benjamin Omale has urged members of the ruling party to shun a list being circulated on the social media as 2027 general elections National Assembly candidates for the party in the state.

Omale who made this call in a press statement this morning described the list as fake and unconfirmed.

According to him, no official list has been released by the National Working Committee of the All Progressive Congress as at this moment

The chairman pressed further that the state governor, Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia as the leader of APC in Benue state is in touch with the Presidency and the party’s National Working Committee on the issue.

He pressed further that a substantive list of all party candidates for the National Assembly seats across the country will be released by the party in Abuja once it’s concluded..

Omale urged party members to keep calm and stay op listening to rumour mongers who have been praying a “fake” lost of National Assembly candidates on the social media.

In a related development, Chief Omale congratulated the governor over his recently held 60th birthday celebration.

Omale who described the governor as an apostle of good Governance and a development strategist noted that his reign as governor is a blessing to Benue State.

He however promised that the ruling party in the state is solidly behind President Bola Tinubu and the governor in their quest to be reelected in 2027.

According to him, the “numerous” development which Governor Alia has brought to Benue State is a testimony of his good Governance in the state.

Omale also lauded President Bola Tinubu on his Renewed Hope Agenda which he said he brought massive dividends of democracy to the people of Nigeria.
