The House of Representatives Member for Katsina-Ala/Ukum/Logo Federal Constituency, Hon. Prince Solomon Wombo yesterday 10th September, 2025 had intensive interactions with the Logo APC Party stakeholders, Traditional Rulers, Religious Leaders, Sankera Mothers, Widows, BEMOA and leaders of the Decampees in Ugba, Logo Local Government Area.

was received by the Executive Chairman of Logo Local Government Council, Hon Clement Ungwacii Kav.
The Logo council boss in his welcome address thanked Hon. Wombo for always remembering the good people of Logo in leadership and informed him (Wombo) to feel at home whenever in the local government.
The Prince of Peace, Hon. Prince Solomon Wombo who in his usual way, was in the local government headquarters to interact and dine with party stakeholders, Traditional Rulers, Religious Leaders, Concerned groups, support groups, and party faithfuls.
The visit further solidified APC’s grassroots presence as more capable hands signaled their intention to decamp and align with Hon. Wombo and the APC under the dynamic leadership of His Excellency, Rev Dr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State.
The political movement reflects growing confidence in the party’s vision and a strengthening of the structures that will drive future victories across Sankera and Benue State.
The Lawmaker while interacting the good people, informed party faithfuls that it is not yet time for campaign, but as a family it is pertinent for him to visit on a regular basis to ascertain their well-beings.
Hon. Wombo also called on the people of Logo particularly his party supporters to try and get their Permanent Voter’s cards now that there is an ongoing voter registration exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, stressing that a party man without his Voter’s card is as good as a scrap of an aeroplane that cannot fly passengers to their planned, intended and hopeful destinations.
In their separate reactions, Hon Emmanuel Afanki, Coach Oraduen Tyokyaa, Hon Udzenda, former caretaker chairman for Logo, Elder Pir Dyô and the women leader, Mrs Vaa all extolled the good qualities of the member with clear testimonies which includes his unwavering commitment and dedication to true representative and governance towards constituents and promised to work assiduously to ensure that the 2027 general elections favours him, governor Alia and president Ahmed Tinubu.
While interacting with the leaders and representatives of the defectors, Apostle Ude David Hassan and Hon Akighir Ikyaagba on behalf of the group, stated that, the marvelous works and the style of leadership of Hon. Solomon Wombo and Hon. Clement Kav convinced them beyond reasonable doubt to lure them to join their party.

The untired Prince of Peace further interacted with other groups such as Sankera Mothers, Solomon Wombo Sisters, National Union of Road Transport Workers, Benue Motorcycle Association BEMOA, Wombo Concerned Groups among others with the message of peace and progress in the land.
Major highlight of the event was the election of the leadership of the party’s caucus which produces Professor Aloysius Ihwar and Elder Pir Dyô as its Chairman and Secretary along with four others to steer the affairs of the party arm.
Those who were on the entourage of Wombo included Hon. Basil Achirkpi Tor Makar, Mr. David Illahator Wombo, Hon. Chila Andrew Aondofa, Hon Tertindi Abulum, Hon. Aondo Aba, Hon. Poor Gabriel among others.
Notable among the stakeholders who grace the occasion were; Hon. Sunday Shizun, Special Advisor to the Governor on Sanitation, Barr. Aluor, Logo APC Chairma, Hon Mrs Martina Uhambe, Deputy chairman of Logo local government, Terris Shaapera, leader of the legislative council, Hon Robert Aham council secretary, Hon Simon Ugba,Hon Benjamin Udzenda, Rev Jonathan Adagbe, Barr Vangerbee Uhamber, Prof Aloysius Ihwar among others.
