The Deputy Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Philip Agbese has described the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume as God sent.
Agbese, the member representing Ado/Okopkwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency who said this during a live Video interview with some international media executives today said that the people of Benue state will continue to be grateful for all that Senator Akume has done to link them with the world.
The federal lawmaker added that the numbers of federal appointments which the Secretary to the Government of the Federation had secured for sons and daughters of Benue state is a proof of his kind heart towards the state.
According to him, no governor has come to rule in Benue state since 2007 without the massive inputs of Senator George Akume. He said posterity will always remember and appreciate him for his ability to develop human resources in Benue state.
