Shangev-Tiev APC stakeholders endorse Tsar as sole candidate for Jechira 2027

Yesterday,  elders, women, youths, and party faithful of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Shangev-Tiev turned out in large numbers to formally endorse Engr. Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar as their sole candidate for the Jechira Federal Constituency seat in the 2027 general elections.

The stakeholders stated that their decision to endorse Engr. Dr. Tsar was based on his remarkable and verifiable record of service to Shangev-tiev. They commended him for the numerous development projects he has executed across Shangev-Tiev, including the drilling of over 17 boreholes that have provided clean and accessible water to communities in Shangev-tiev.

They also acknowledged his role to the restoration of the Shangev-Tiev state constituency,as well as his significant role in the boundary demarcation process that has helped restore peace between Mbaise in Gwer Local Government Area and Ugambe in Konshisha Local Government Area. They appealed for the completion of the demarcation exercise to ensure lasting peace in the affected Shangev-tiev communities.

The endorsement ceremony was held at RCM Primary School, Gungul, where the traditional rulers (U Tor) of Shangev-Tiev offered their blessings to Engr. Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar after listening to his address.

Engr. Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar was accompanied to the meeting, which eventually turned into a resounding endorsement, by several distinguished leaders and stakeholders, including:

The stakeholders also commended Engr. Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar for his steadfast support to the Governor of Benue State, a commitment they noted contributed significantly to the restoration of the Shangev-Tiev State Constituency. They described this achievement as a major milestone in safeguarding the political identity and representation of the Shangev-Tiev people.
