The immediate past governor of Benue state and leader of the state chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, Chief Samuel Ortom PhD has affirmed that the minister of FCT, Nyemson Wike is working for the unity of the country hence his decision to back a Southern president in the last general elections.

described Barrister Wike as a detribalized Nigerian who has worked tirelessly to foster unity across the country.
During the interview, the former Benue state governor praised Wike’s commitment to building bridges between different regions and ethnic groups, calling him a true statesman.
He noted that Wike’s efforts have transcended party politics, stressing that the former Rivers State governor has consistently worked towards national unity and development.
“Wike is a detribalized Nigerian who has built bridges across the country. He doesn’t care where you come from; he is concerned about the progress and well-being of the nation.” Chief Ortom sid.
Ortom highlighted Wike’s contributions during his tenure as Rivers State governor, pointing to his ability to foster partnerships with leaders across the political spectrum, regardless of tribe or religion. “Wike’s leadership style and his ability to bring people together is something all Nigerians can learn from,” Ortom added.
