The chairman of the Benue State chapter of All Progressive Congress, Chief Benjamin Omale has congratulated the Governor of the State, Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia on his 3rd anniversary as governor of the State.
In a telephone interview this morning, Chief Omale stated that Governor Hyacinth Alia deserves every encomium that will be showered on him today by Benue sons and daughters across the world as a result of his achievements since he became governor three years ago.
According to the Benue State APC chairman, Governor Hyacinth Alia has carved an identity for himself as a performing governor whom he said has given succour to the people of Benue State in the past three years.
Omale stated that despite the rise in the security challenge which the state is facing, the administration of Governor Alia has been able to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of the state.
Omale lauded the governor in the areas of education, health, agriculture, investment, security, empowerment, road construction, electrification projects and many others.
Also, Chief Omale congratulated the Deputy governor, Barrister Samuel Ode, all members of the Benue State Executive Council, all chairmen and members of state parastatals, all local government chairmen and their respective councillors and all other government appointees for their efforts to join the governor to pilot the affairs of the State successfully for three years.
As a result of Governor Hyacinth Alia’s achievements, Chief Omale stated that it will be easy for Benue people to support him again in his reelection bid in 2027.
He however promised that the State Executive Council of the Benue APC will not relent in its efforts to partner with groups and people that have indicated interest to work for the success of the governor’s reelection in 2027.
In a related development, Chief Omale congratulated President Bola Tinubu and his entire Cabinet members for a successful three years reign.
He lauded the president for not relenting in his renewed hope agenda for Nigeria and Nigerians.
How however prayed for both President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia for a good health to successfully complete their tenure.
Meanwhile, a press statement by the State Publicity secretary of the All Progressive Congress in Benue has also congratulated the governor for marking three years of purposeful, visionary, and transformative leadership dedicated to the service of the people.
The statement noted with profound satisfaction that the Alia-led administration has, within a remarkably short period, restored public confidence in governance through prudent resource management, disciplined leadership, and people-centred policies that continue to yield measurable developmental impact across the state.
The APC observed that the administration’s strides in infrastructure renewal, security, healthcare delivery, education, agriculture, workers’ welfare, rural development, and public sector reforms have collectively redefined governance in Benue State and rekindled hope among citizens.
The Party particularly commended Governor Alia for his unwavering commitment to responsive governance, as reflected in the execution of strategic projects and programmes designed to improve living standards, stimulate economic growth, and reposition the state on a sustainable development trajectory.
From the ongoing construction and rehabilitation of road networks to the revitalization of public institutions, empowerment initiatives, and sustained collaboration with security agencies, the administration has demonstrated a clear resolve to deliver impactful and people-oriented governance anchored on accountability, discipline, and service.
The APC further acknowledged the Governor’s inclusive leadership style, his steadfast commitment to peace, unity, and stability, and his determination to strengthen institutional frameworks for efficient and effective public service delivery across all sectors.
The Party noted that Governor Alia’s policy direction has continued to promote transparency, enhance public trust, and create an enabling environment for investment, innovation, and sustainable socio-economic development in Benue State.
