Not minding the recommendation of the Benue State House of Assembly that she should step down from her position as the chairman of Benue SUBEB so that a full scale Investigation can commence into the N2.1B she allegedly stole from the purse of the Board, the embattled and self-acclaimed “most powerful” woman inside Governor Hyacinth Alia administration, Dr. Grace Adaagba yesterday withdrew a whooping N219, 654,000.00 from the Board’s matching ground account.
Is Governor Hyacinth Alia waiting for this woman to mortgage the entire Benue state before he will sack her?
If Governor Alia cannot for any particular reason sack this woman now, I advise him to freeze all the bank accounts linked to the Board pending the time the EFCC will invite her for questioning..
Details about yesterday’s withdrawal of over N219 million from SUBEB account will be made available shortly.
