The chairman of the Benue State chapter of All Progressive Congress, Chief Benjamin Omale has condemned media reports where the administration of Governor Hyacinth Alia was described as a failure
Omale expressed his displeasure over the report in a media note he sent online this morning, stating that those making such remarks about Governor Hyacinth Alia’s administration are far from the state.
According to him, there is no way anyone can judge the performance of the governor from a far distance.
Omale pressed further that the people on ground are aware of the massive achievements of the governor since he assumed duties in 2023.
The Benue APC chairman pressed further that the claims that Governor Alia hasn’t performed creditably well is just a campaign of calumny against the person of the governor and his administration.
Omale however urged the accusers to take a tour to Benue State and stop judging the governor’s from afar based on the lies they are being fed with.
Omale stated that the contents of the Governor’s press interview with the State House Press Corps in Abuja were true pictures of development in Benue state.
According to him, the people of Benue are happy with the governor as a result of his massive infrastructural development in the state, noting that this has endeared him to their hearts.
