This gesture from Engineer Livinus Tsar is In fulfillment of the commitment he made during his sympathy visit to St. Winifred’s Girls Secondary School, Ihugh, following the unfortunate series of fire outbreaks that affected the institution.
Keeping to his promise, the APC’s 2027 House of Representatives candidate for Jechira Federal Constituency, Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar successfully completed the installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras at strategic locations within the school.
It will be recalled that during his visit on June 2, 2026, Engr. Tsar expressed deep concern over the incidents and immediately donated the sum of ₦20 million towards the renovation of the affected facilities.
He also pledged to enhance security within the school through the installation of CCTV cameras and solar-powered street lights.
Today, that promise has become a reality. The CCTV system is now fully operational, complementing the solar street lights that were earlier installed to improve safety, security, and visibility across the school premises.
The project is total reaffirmation of his unwavering commitment to the welfare, development, and security of the people of Vandeikya and Konshisha Local Government Areas.
He emphasized that investing in educational institutions and safeguarding the future of young people remain among his top priorities.
This latest intervention further demonstrates a leadership style rooted in compassion, accountability, and purposeful action—qualities that continue to endear Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar to the people of Jechira Federal Constituency.
