The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Benue North-West (Zone B) Senatorial District in the 2027 elections, Chief Dr. Mrs. Eunice Ortom, remains a prominent figure whose years of public service continue to resonate with many people across Benue State.

Upon assuming office alongside her husband, Chief Samuel Ortom, as Governor of Benue State on May 29, 2015, Dr. Eunice Ortom brought renewed visibility and purpose to the Office of the First Lady. One of the notable aspects of her tenure was her support for youth development and inclusion.
