Livitsar Support Group for Alia/Tinubu 2027 has announced plans to commence a nationwide mobilisation and fundraising drive to support its activities, including the establishment of functional offices at zonal, state, local government, and ward levels, acquisition of vehicles, communication materials, and ICT equipment ahead of the 2027 general elections.
This was disclosed in Abuja by the Coordinator of the support group, Pastor Jacob Agede during a recent inauguration of national officers for the group across the country.
Recall that Livitsar Support Group for Alia/Tinubu is a pet project of Dr. Livinus Tsar, a close ally of the governor of Benue State, Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia. The support group has targeted two million votes for both President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia in Benue state alone.
Meanwhile, the host of the event, Pastor Jacob Agede described LIVITSAR Support Group as a grassroots-driven platform committed to mobilising support for the President across wards, local governments, states, and geopolitical zones.
In his speech, the Benue State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Dr. Benjamin Omale who represented the APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, as Chairman of the occasion praised the group for its continued support for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia.
Omale also lauded the Convener of the group, Engineer Livinus Adzer Tsar, PhD for using his personal funds to support the administration of Father Hyacinth Alia by providing several Motorized boreholes with reticulation across the twenty three local government areas in Benue state.
Apart from the motorized boreholes with reticulation, Omale also lauded Tsar for his unprecedented skill acquisition programe where he is training thousands of Benue women, youths, farmers and traders in different kinds of vocations after which he will still give a sum of N300,000.00 to each participants that has completed the training.
Omale also lauded Tsar for his empowerment scheme and food distribution to all the vulnerable people especially the IDPs across the state.
Speaking, the BOT Chairman of the group, Hon. Philips Achuah said that the group’s planned nationwide mobilization for President Bola Tinubu is part of its efforts to ensure that the president secure bloc votes in every part of the country.
Achuah said that the group will continue to inform the people of Nigeria about the positive impacts of the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Earlier, the former Executive Director of the ECWA Education Department and frontline political leader, Prof. Cephas Tushima, called for sustained grassroots mobilisation, strategic funding, and nationwide volunteer engagement to ensure the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.
In his presentation, Prof. Tushima said the Tinubu administration deliberately chose a reform-driven path at inception, despite the political and social pressures associated with such decisions.
“Leadership is not about postponing hard decisions for applause. It is about taking responsibility for the future, even when the present is uncomfortable,” Tushima said.
He explained that the administration’s strategic goal is to reset Nigeria’s economic and governance foundations through fiscal discipline, institutional strengthening, and productivity-driven growth, noting that the reforms being implemented are long-overdue corrections to structural weaknesses.
Prof. Tushima stressed that the reform process must not be interrupted, arguing that the early sacrifices made by Nigerians would only yield results through policy stability and continuity.
“You do not abandon a reform process halfway. To do so would waste the sacrifices already made by Nigerians and return us to uncertainty,” he said.
He added that the case for a second term is rooted in consolidation rather than politics.
“A second term is required to consolidate these reforms, stabilise the economy, and translate today’s sacrifices into tomorrow’s prosperity,” Tushima declared.
Other dignitaries present included Hon. Terkimbir Kyange, former Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly; Hon. Francis Ngutswen; Hon. Solomon Aondo; and Hon. Raymond Anger. Delegates from all six geopolitical zones of the country also attended the event, underscoring its national outlook.
