The House of Representatives Member for Katsina-Ala/Ukum/Logo Federal Constituency, Hon Prince Solomon Wombo this afternoon receives members of Sankera Road Transport Workers (#NURTW).
The union members were at the residence of the Honourable Member to identify and thank him for what he has been doing to the union.
Speaking on behalf of the union, Comr. Aondohemba Tor-Venda expressed gratitude to Hon. Prince Solomon Wombo, emphasizing that within two years of the Prince of Peace in Office, he has demonstrated unique qualities of leadership, thereby ensuring that drivers are also included in policy making.
He added that, it is the first time in the history of Sankera that drivers are also considered while sharing incentives during festive period and distribution of fertilizer in each farming season.
The drivers commended Hon. Solomon Wombo and assured him that the union is with him 100 percent.
Responding, the Prince of Peace thanked the Leadership of Sankera National Union of Road Transport Workers and promised to do more.
The Lawmaker highlighted the important contributions of drivers during and after the elections and promised to support them all the times.
