Livitsar Support Group for the reelection projects of Governor Hyacinth Alia and President Bola Tinubu in 2027 is set to flag off skill acquisition and empowerment for the youths, farmers, women and widows in Ushongo local government area of Benue State on Wednesday.
This was disclosed in a press statement signed and made available to journalists this morning by Pastor Jacob Agede, State Chairman LiviTsar Support Group.
Livitsar Support Group is a project of Chief Livinus Tsar, a close ally to Governor Hyacinth Alia.
The statement reads:
The LIVITSAR SUPPORT GROUP FOR ALIA TINUBU 2027 Project invites the general Public to the Official flag off for Skill acquisition/Social Empowerment by its Convener , Engr Livinus Adzer Tsar Jirgba . The change in date and new set date for the event is as scheduled:
Date : WEDNESDAY 17th September , 2025
Time : 10: 00AM
Venue : Ikyobo Comprehensive College (ICC), Ikyobo Mbakuha , Ushongo LGA
The Entrepreneurship Social Empowerment exercise targets mostly youth, Women and widows categories.
Note that this Skill acquisition/ Social Empowerment Exercise has fully commenced with over 1500 Youth, Women , Widows as beneficiaries in both Vandeikya and Konshisha local governments, receiving diverse trainings in various fields of entrepreneurship.
Change in Date is highly regretted . It is due to unavoidable circumstances.

Recall that Benue renowned development frontier and philanthropist, Engineer Livinus Tsar last week at the famous Ihugh town, gave out empowerment to one thousand , five hundred and five (1505) youth, women and widows across Vandeikya and Konshisha communities who successfully underwent various skill acquisition training in diverse entrepreneur ventures, including hand bags production, shoes , clothing, detergents, cream , perfumes, insecticides, flour, ointments, organic fertilizer, and other sectors having undergone weeks of rigorous trainings to set them as Successful entrepreneurs across Benue State.
Speaking at the occasion, the convener of Livitsar Support Group noted that it is his zeal and vision to support and compliment the fervent development efforts by the Governor of Benue State, Rev Fr Dr Hyacinth Iormem Alia, whose aim is to create productive young people with the view to drastically reducing unemployment and creating Successful entrepreneurs across the State.
Engr Tsar notified Successful beneficiaries of the programme that, Gov Hyacinth Alia had already set aside 30Billion Naira to empower young Benue entrepreneurs, promised to ensure that all deserving trained entrepreneurs become automatic beneficiaries of the Benue State Government’s intervention to achieve massive production , economic growth and self sustenance among the young elements.
He equally urged the Jechira people to massively turnout in the ongoing INEC Continuous Voter registration exercise , said, he would ensure adequate logistics support for all eligible voters to register and vote for continued credible governance in Benue State under the sterling leadership of Governor Alia whose vast infrastructural and economic development are daily impacting the Benue people.
