Engineer Livinus Adzer Tsar, PhD, a close ally of Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State and National Convener of Livitsar Support Group for Alia/Tinubu 2027 has encouraged the monarchs and stakeholders of Konshisha local government to actively participate in the Continuous Voter Registration Exercise, which would qualify them to vote for Governor Hyacinth Alia and other credible candidates in 2027.
Tsar who is also the governor’s Point-Man for Konshisha Local Government made this plea today while celebrating Christmas with Konshisha traditional rulers and his fathers kinsmen in his residence, Mbanor Council Ward of Konshisha Local Government Area in Benue State.
In his address to the traditional rulers, Engineer Tsar emphasized the importance of respecting traditional leaders, whom he described as divinely appointed to govern.
Livinus Tsar expressed disapproval towards a resident of Konshisha and Benue who has been colluding with adversaries to undermine established authorities, including traditional rulers and elected leaders, thereby causing confusion. He urged them to desist from such actions or face repercussions in the near future
The Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Honorable Aondowase Kunde, praised Governor Hyacinth Alia’s achievements and commended Engineer Livinus Tsar for his leadership skills, asserting that the 2027 Governorship Election, which aims to renew Governor Alia’s mandate, is assured.
In separate remarks at the event, former Commissioner, Honorable Mike Kusa and Elder Vitalis Ayonmar expressed gratitude to Engineer Tsar for revitalizing the Konshisha Constituency 2 (Shangev-Tiv), highlighting projects initiated and executed by Engineer Tsar for the benefit of the community. They urged support for Engineer Livinus Tsar to achieve the one million votes benchmark for the governor in 2027.
In his address, the Acting Terkyor, His Royal Highness Chief Emmanuel Terdoo Akpoghol, and Mue Ter Shangev-Tiev, His Royal Highness Chief Orngu Ikyaren, advocated for unity and respect towards traditional rulers, Governor Hyacinth Alia, and other established authorities. They warned that those who choose to follow a misguided path will not prosper in the land.
They expressed appreciation to Governor Hyacinth Alia and Engineer Tsar for their collaborative efforts to develop the state and restore its reputation as the Food Basket of the Nation.
Earlier, the Executive Chairman of Konshisha Local Government Council, Honorable Moses Chikyaa, assured the attendees of their safety, and thanked Engineer Tsar and his entourage for joining them in the celebration.
The event featured donations of clothing, cattle, bags of rice, beans, oil, and other food items to the community.
