The chairman of the Benue State chapter of All Progressive Congress, Chief Dr. Benjamin Omale has described a close ally of Governor Hyacinth Alia who is also the governor’s pointman in Konshisha local government, Engineer Livinus Adzer Tsar, PhD as a political unifier and hope for the future Benue.
Chief Omale gave this commendation in his congratulatory message to celebrate the birthday of the Convener of Livitsar Support Group for Alia/Tinubu 2027.
In his words, the Benue APC chairman described Tsar as a man of honour who has used his personal resources to build youths, farmers, women, widows, and vulnerable people across the twenty three local government areas of Benue State through his Livitsar Support Group.
He said that it’s rare for an individual to come outside government and use his personal resources to empower people, adding that Chief Livinus Tsar has constructed and completed several Motorized boreholes with reticulation across the state.
“This is one of the reasons the philanthropist was awarded a Honorary Doctorate Degree in London recently. It’s a good thing that the International Community has started to recognize his good will” Omale noted.
Omale lauded Tsar for his ability to unite all the factions of the All Progressive Congress in Konshisha local government as part of his efforts to support the reelection bids of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia.
He also hailed the Konshisha-born philanthropist for all his supports for the Benue State chapter of All Progressive Congress which he said will help a lot to actualize the reelection of Father Hyacinth Alia in 2027.
“We appreciate Sir Livinus Tsar as a result of his help to the party, the Benue State government and as well to the people of the State as a whole. And as he celebrates his birthday today, we wish him a long life” he said.
Omale however prayed to God to give the philanthropist a long life in good health so that he can continue to empower his people.
