The Benue State chapter of All Progressive Congress, APC has congratulated Chief Engineer Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar, PhD, a renowned Nigerian philanthropist and close ally of Governor Alia of Benue State over his Doctorate Award by the American University of Peace and Governance in conjunction with the United International Peace and Governance.
The historic award was conffered on Dr. Tsar yesterday at the 3rd Edition of the Global Leadership Investment Summit and Peace Award which held at the House of Lords, British Parliament, London, UK.
In a press statement he signed and made available to journalists this morning, the chairman of the Unity Caretaker Committee of the Benue APC, Chief Dr. Benjamin Omale congratulated the awardee over the award which he said he got as a result of his outstanding contributions to sustainable humanitarian efforts, social work, and development management in Benue state and beyond.
Speaking further, Chief Omale said that Chief Livinus Tsar has paid his dues by using his personal funds for the development and empowerment of the youths, women, widows and th vulnerable in the twenty three local government areas of Benue State.
Omale noted that Tsar has demonstrated his philanthropic gestures as someone who is spending hundreds of millions of Naira from his own personal purse without expecting anything in return from the state government
According to him, Chief Tsar has been able to use his Livitsar Support Group to secure huge supports for both President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia as they prepare to seek for reelection in 2027.
The award has rated Dr. Tsar as the first Benue indigene to be inducted as a member of the UNIPGC which has its headquarters in Atlanta, GA in the United States of America.
