The delegation of the thirty six state chairmen of All Progressive Congress across the Federation today met the national chairman of the ruling party,
Nentawe Yilwatda over some critical issues in the country.
At the meeting, our reporter gathered that the delegation of the State chairmen of the ruling party including the national chairman discussed how to mobilize party members across the Federation to participate in the ongoing registration of voters at the Independent National Election Commission, INEC.
Yilwatda reportedly urged all the APC state chairmen to ensure that they must ensure that they must go out and sensitize party members to participate in the INEC voters registration.
Also, the state chairmen and the national chairman agreed to work together with President Bola Tinubu and all the Progressive governors to emerge again for their second term in office in the 2027 general elections.
According to them, President Bola Tinubu and all the progressive governors have done creditably well to deserve their second term in office.
They stated that the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu which by extension, all the progressive governors across the country have keyed into should be sustained beyond 2027 by their collective supports to ensure that they emerge for their second term in 2027.
Meanwhile, the national chairman specifically thanked all the State chairmen for their massive support for the states chapters as well as the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
Speaking with reporters after the meeting, the chairman of the APC in Benue state, Chief Benjamin Omale lauded the national chairman for his show of love and courage
Omale also lauded President Bola Tinubu for his supports towards the growth and security of Benue State.
He commended the state governor, Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia for building trust in him to represent the state chapter of the All Progressive Congress.
How however promised that his Unity Caretaker Committee will ensure that the governor gets a smooth ride to his second term
