The Leadership of the Livitsar Support Group for Alia/Tinubu Re-election Mandate 2027 has sternly condemned the recent public debauchery and despicable outing on National TV by a former State chairman of the All Progressive Congress, Mr. Austin Agada against Chief Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar.
Recall that Chief Tsar is the Convener of LiviTsar Support Group for Tinubu/Alia, a pressure group which has promised to get over two million votes for both President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia in 2027.
In its reaction, the group through its National Coordinator, Jacob Agede, described the ousted State APC Chairman as a misguided political lackey and liability whose moral bankruptcy, obscene display, rascality and shameful outing speaks of a crippled horse with no political value in Benue State nor any other clime.
His tantrums and fabricated fallacies have further revealed Agada as an infamous mediocre in pursuit of crumbs falling from his disgruntled sponsors and political masters’ table, with a view to desperately satisfying their ego.
*To put the records straight,* Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar is the brainchild and a firm believer in the twin mandates of President Tinubu and Governor Alia who have jointly demonstrated rare visionary leadership with unwavering commitment to transforming Nigeria and Benue State into an attractive hub for infrastructure and economic prosperity, positioning the nation among the most enviable in Africa.
He has bred and entrenched this formidable group with the core objective of ensuring that Benue State targets and earns a *1 Million votes benchmark for both the President and Gov. Alia by 2027.*
Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar is a formidable confidant and trusted lieutenant of the Benue State Governor. He has consistently proven himself as an energetic champion for social development, protection and welfare of the people in the true creed of selfless leadership, complementing the Governor’s development vision through infrastructure development across rural areas in sectors like potable water provision, massive social empowerment, and construction of roads, one of which is the Ikyobo- Waa-Nyinya – Mhambe-Konshisha Local Government Road project. This is where the likes of Agada and his sponsors have woefully failed to connect with the people, but rather resort to blackmail and name-calling against a refined and experienced leader like Dr. Livinus Tsar.
Perhaps, the misguided and uninformed Agada should know and inform his sponsors that Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar is a rare philanthropist whose deeds of kindness and meekness typically exemplify the teachings and acts of the famous Nelson Mandela of South Africa. He has touched lives of both the young and old in the most uncommon and selfless ways that have formed the topic of public conversations across Benue State and Nigeria.
Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar’s acts at ensuring social empowerment, providing basic amenities, creating jobs and opportunities for many are commendable and clearly shape the essence and merit of his recognition as an uncommon selfless personality.
It is on record that he began his development mission by constructing vast state-of-the-art solar-powered boreholes across critical communities in Benue State with a vision to extend same to other vulnerable communities.
Elsewhere across other vulnerable communities the story remains the same, as the construction of the solar-powered water borehole installations have been selflessly donated by Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar.
Engr. Dr. Livinus Tsar has also distributed trailer-loads of food items, cash gifts, and wrappers to women, youths, the elderly, and particularly to the wives of traditional rulers, spreading joy and relief across communities.
On the 26th day of September, 2025, the renowned humanitarian and business magnate, Engr. Livinus Tsar, was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Governance by the American University of Peace and Governance in recognition of his outstanding contributions to sustainable humanitarian efforts, social work, and development management.
He received this remarkable global attention in recognition of his development ideals and selfless service to humanity, notable in community development, social empowerment, provision of rural basic amenities including water and lights across communities amongst other humanitarian acts. The Awards Ceremony was held at the historic House of Lords, British Parliament.

We challenge Mr. Austin Agada and his sponsors to genuinely place side by side who is the illiterate here. The diarhea mouthed cheap talker or the man with his diligent sterling public and private service credentials? Otherwise the outcast Agada should desist forthwith from undue name calling and insults .
