The immediate past Governor of Benue State, Chief Samuel Ortom, has congratulated the former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Michael Kaase Aondoakaa, SAN, on the 20th anniversary of his elevation to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).

In the statement, Chief Ortom described the milestone as a significant achievement in the distinguished legal and public service career of Chief Aondoakaa, noting that two decades at the Inner Bar reflect years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to the legal profession and the administration of justice.
The former Governor commended Chief Aondoakaa for his immense contributions to the legal profession, public service, and the development of Benue State and Nigeria. He prayed that God would continue to grant him wisdom, good health, and strength for even greater accomplishments.
Chief Ortom also said the emergence of Aondoakaa as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the 2027 Benue State governorship election was not a surprise to many who have followed his track record, describing his decision to offer himself for the service of the people of Benue as another important chapter in his public service journey.
He expressed his best wishes to the PDP governorship candidate as he embarks on the journey towards the 2027 election and urged him to remain committed to the ideals of service, justice, equity, and good governance.
Chief Ortom wished Chief Aondoakaa many more years of fruitful service to Benue State, the nation and humanity in general.
